This policy covers the No Noise website and our Chrome extensions. Extra details for each product are listed below.

Who we are

No Noise publishes Chrome extensions. This site and the optional Pro checkout run on Cloudflare Workers. We do not run an AI chatbot and we do not sell your data.

This website

The public pages (home, extensions, support, privacy) do not use advertising cookies or analytics SDKs. Language is chosen with a query parameter (?lang=ro). Payment pages are handled by Stripe if you buy Pro.

NoCookies

NoCookies looks for cookie / GDPR banners on sites you visit and, when possible, clicks a Reject / Decline / Only necessary button. If none is found, it may hide the overlay. You can pause it per site.

Stored only on your computer, in Chrome extension storage:

• on/off status and banner handling mode
• ignored site hostnames
• banner count and recent hostnames (not full URLs)
• Pro status and the license key you paste in

We do not collect browsing history, page contents, form fields, or Help-tab questions. The Help tab is a local FAQ, not an AI.

Permissions: access to website data on all sites is used only to find consent banners, including in frames. We do not read passwords or card numbers.

If you buy NoCookies Pro, Stripe processes the payment. We receive the email you enter so we can send your unique NC- license key from this Worker. Card data stays with Stripe.

NoTraps

NoTraps looks for pre-ticked checkboxes that look like optional checkout extras (newsletter, insurance, warranty, donation, tip) and unchecks them. It does not uncheck required Terms, privacy, or age boxes. You can pause it per site.

Stored only on your computer, in Chrome extension storage:

• on/off status, language, and handling mode
• ignored site hostnames
• count of extras unchecked and recent hostnames (not full URLs)
• Pro status and the license key you paste in
